  • Vélo en bambou  + (Il est conseillé d'utiliser un outil multiIl est conseillé d'utiliser un outil multifonction style dremel avec des embouts pour couper et poncer afin de gagner beaucoup de temps et de précision. Le séchage du bambou dure plusieurs mois minimum, en acheter déjà sec est un avantage. La qualité du montage final et du vélo dépendra beaucoup de la qualité du marbre et de la précision du design, deux étapes importantes à ne pas négliger. J'ai essayé de faire la fourche en bambou également, c'est pour le moment un échec, jusqu'à la prochaine tentative. 1kg de résine Sicomin SR1500 était une bonne quantité pour ce que j'ai fait en condition de découverte de la résine, ça aurait pu se faire avec moins en essayant de limiter les pertes et en optimisant les volumes de travail. Mélanger un trop grand volume d'un seul coup ne laisse pas le temps de tout utiliser car la résine n'est plus utilisable. La température fait beaucoup varier le temps de durcissement. A la fin je faisais des mélanges de 30g base et 10g de durcisseur pour de petites quantité de fibre à ajouter. Le maximum ayant été 60g de base pour 20g de durcisseur d'un coup.     La ONG Instituto Politecnico Tomas Katari - IPTK, fundado desde 42 años a Okuri en Bolivia, una provincia donde la pobreza es la más alta des país, lleva a cabo varias programas de apoyo y de educación para las communidades rurales de Bolivia. La construcción de las cocinas mejoradas es parte de una programa de soberanía alimentaria que se llama “Madre Tierra”. IPTK apoya las familias hasta que ellas llegan a ser autónoma produciendo su propia alimentación, y las enseña alimentación equilibrada (incluyendo verduras, proteínas, calcium). Así, IPTK desarolla huertos sin productos químicos, enseña a las familias como hacer sus propios semillas (papas, choclo, awas, cebollas), a crecer verduras y incluirlos a sus alimentación (zanahoria, lechuga, perejil, origano). Familias han recibido vacas lecheras y aprendido a sacar leche con la mano y hacer queso fresco. Han recibido también gallinas para que los niños pueden comer huevos, porque a ellos le falta proteínas. Abejares estaban instaladas, y las familias han aprendido a mantenerles, a recoger miel para vender, y también a cuidar de las reinas abejas para crear nuevas abejares. La organización sigue las familias durante 3 años, trabaja con varias personas que viven en las comunidades y cuida que su apoyo sería sostenible.

El fertilizante es una mezcla de composte, de bosta de vaca y de lombricomposte. 8 vacas producen queso y bosta para el composte. Si alimentación sana es una mezcla de plantas con flores de los invernaderos, de cebada comprada y de residuos vegetales de una cervezeria locale. Abejares ayuda a polinizar las plantas que crecen gracias a las abejas. La irrigación es manual y cotidiana. Un estanque acumula el agua de la lluvia, para regalar las plantas. La calor adentro de los invernaderos permite una propagación muy rápida de enfermedades, por eso controlar frecuente el estado de salud del suelo y de las plantas es muy importante. El envasado de las verduras es muy estricto, se hace aquí en un cuarto frío. Directemente después de recoger las verduras temprano en la mañana, son lavados, secados sobre una malla, clasificados y seleccionados, envasados, etiquetados, y finalmente entregados a algunos supermercados locales.
