L'ONG "Alternative Indigenous Development Foundation (AIFDI)", basée dans la ville de Bacolod depuis 1991, aide plus de 160 communautés rurales à répondre à leurs besoins en eau grâce à l'installation de béliers hydrauliques un peu partout dans l'archipel. Le bélier présenté dans ce tutoriel est une version différente de celle utilisée par l'AIFDI car plus accessible.
