Étape 1 - تركيب الغلاف الفقاعي في القماش المشمع
تمديد القماش المشمع فوق طاولة
ضع عدة طبقات من غلاف الفقاعات* لتشكيل مستطيل مضغوط.
يمكن استبدال غلاف الفقاعات بمواد مختلفة مثل البطانيات، لكن غلاف الفقاعات مقاوم للماء وخفيف للغاية.
Stretch the tarpaulin on a table
Place several layers of bubble wrap * to form a compact rectangle
bubble wrap can be replaced by different materials such as blankets, however bubble wrap is water resistant and very light
Étape 2 - قم بطي القماش المشمع على نفسه
قم بتغطية الغلاف الفقاعي بالجزء الآخر من القماش المشمع بحيث لا يعود الغلاف الفقاعي مرئياً.
Cover the bubble wrap with the other part of the tarpaulin so that the bubble wrap can no longer be seen.
Étape 3 - تُطوى جوانب القماش المشمع.

Fold the sides of the sheet to be able to make the welds
Étape 4 - التلحيم
- ضع طية القماش المشمع في العلبة المطوية وضع قطعة الخشب لتثبيتها معاً.
- تُسخن العلبة بالكامل بموقد اللحام لمدة 30 ثانية
La canette doit être pliée comme une feuille de papier
Faire attention à ne pas chauffer la bache directement avec le chalumeau
- Appliquer une pression avec le bout de bois sur la canette afin de finaliser la soudure pendant environ 30 secondes
- Décoler la canette délicatement
- Réaliser cette étape et la précédente autant que nécessaire sur l'ensemble des contours du matelas
- Put the fold of the tarpaulin in the folded can and place the piece of wood in order to hold the whole.
- Heat the entire can with the torch for 30 seconds
The bobbin should be folded like a sheet of paper
Be careful not to heat the tarpaulin directly with the torch
- Apply pressure with the piece of wood on the can to finalize the weld for about 30 seconds
- Peel off the can delicately
- Perform this step and the previous one as much as necessary on all the contours of the mattress
