Définition du message (Culture de pleurotes)

*Laver méticuleusement le champignon
*Tremper le scalpel/couteau dans l'alcool puis chauffez-le au rouge avec une flamme (sans fumée).
*Laisser refroidir pendant 10 secondes
*Découper les pleurotes dans le sens de la longueur et prélevez un petit morceau au niveau de l'encolure des pleurotes (voir photo).
