Étape 1 -
Put 500mL of vinegar in a container and gently add the bicarbonate of soda (you will see a gas being released as it foams, this is carbon dioxide).
Étape 2 -
Pour this solution into the 500mL of boiling water in the pan and allow the solution to evaporate: you will notice crystals forming at the bottom of the pan.
Étape 3 -
Remove the crystals from the bottom of the saucepan and crush them so that they fit into the container (in this case, the Pompotes flask).
Étape 4 -
Faire bouillir de l'eau et laisser fondre le mélange dans la gourde à basse température jusqu'à ce que le mélange soit liquide.
Étape 5 -
Laisser le sachet reposer à l'air libre en évitant tout choc.
Étape 6 -
Ajouter le trombone et malaxer par la suite le sachet, pour entraîner la cristallisation d'acétate de sodium qui, étant exothermique, va nous fournir de la chaleur !
Étape 7 -
Afin de la réutiliser, répéter l'etape 4 et 5.
