Le percolat (ou jus de compost) récolté après compostage n'est pas encore totalement dégradé. Ajouter un biofiltre au lombricompost permet de finir de préparer les différents nutriments dont la plante a besoin et d'obtenir un « engrais » utilisable même sur un substrat inerte (culture hors sol, hydroponie) tout en apportant des micro-organismes bénéfiques à votre système.
