It is possible to recover these fly larvae in composts in the summer. In temperate zones, they appear spontaneously in moist composts (containing a lot of fruit for example) from a certain temperature. There are also specialist dealers, such as Entofly (France), BlackSoldierFly and NGN (Netherlands).
